Return & Exchange Policy
At Sports Hub Aruba we want you to feel confident in every step you take. Because we are an in-store retail destination, we offer exchanges on eligible merchandise within 7 calendar days of purchase.
Policy guidelines
- 7-day exchange window
- All exchanges must be made in person at our Oranjestad store within 7 calendar days of the date printed on your receipt.
- Original receipt required
- A valid, original store receipt is required for every exchange. Without it we are unable to process the exchange.
- Exchanges only
- All sales are final for refunds. We do not issue cash, debit or credit card refunds. You may exchange your item for another size, color or any available item in store of equal value, or pay the difference for a higher-priced item.
- Item condition
- Footwear, apparel and accessories must be completely unworn, unwashed and in brand-new, resaleable condition, with all original tags attached and packaging intact, including an undamaged original shoe box.
Note for travellers & visitors
If you are visiting Aruba on vacation or from a cruise ship, please try on your footwear at your hotel or accommodation as early as possible, so our team can help you with an exchange before your departure date.
Questions before you visit?
Exchanges are accepted in store within 7 calendar days of purchase with the original receipt, on unworn items in original packaging. Exchanges only, no cash, debit or credit refunds. Our team is happy to help at Caya G. F. Betico Croes 38, Oranjestad, Open Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM. Closed Sunday.
